Amazing Paleo Bread

Here’s the recipe for the perfect loaf of paleo bread (based on a 9x5x3 loaf pan or slightly smaller):
  • 4 or 5 pasture raised eggs (depending on the size, if they’re huge, use 4, if small, use 5)
  • 1 1/2 cups of organic almond butter
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of organic lemon juice (or white vinegar)
  • 3/4 teaspoon of baking soda (which turns it from paleo to paleo-ish)
  • a couple dashes of sea salt (optional)


Mix the eggs and almond butter first, then add remaining ingredients.  Pour into a slighly greased 9x5x3 loaf pan.  I used coconut oil to grease.Bake at 350 for 30-60 minutes.  




Try toasting it as well.  A toaster oven will be your best bet.  Be sure to keep an eye on it as the edges toast quicker than the center of the bread slice.  Enjoy!
